Hotel Demand

The market for 3 and 4 star hotels around Gatwick differs from the rest of Surrey. Most are achieving high occupancies — averaging 75-85% — in some cases considerably higher than the rest of Surrey (average 70%). Midweek occupancies are higher than those at weekends.
